Nothing pumps up the action in a movie more than two (or more) skilled fighters just going at it. Be it a raw combat or CGI-assisted set pieces, every punch and kick in these fights is a step in an intricate dance.
And we had to try and replicate this by creating our own choreographed, fight.
We went for a film style of hand held and shaky, this was show the ideas of action and crazy. This made the footage look great, we also had the camera be effected by the actual movements happening on screen. we took this inspiration from several sources.
